Our experience enables us to offer effective Psychotherapeutic counselling to people in need of psychological or emotional support. We use an integrative approach to counselling and provide a neutral, safe place where you can express yourself.
We offer appointments in person, via Zoom or by telephone to suit your preferences and needs.
Our focus is to help individuals explore and reflect on personal issues and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by listening to your concerns, and taking a customised approach based on your needs.
We promise to be there for you on every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you look at your situation positively and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
With 21 years working within the NHS and other organisations in various clinical roles, Becky has a wide variety of experience in:
Becky is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). These are the nationally recognised professional bodies for counselling and therapy, giving you confidence that professional standards are being followed.
She is also a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and this gives her additional experience relevant to her counselling activities.
